Use of this site.

The site is provided as-is. Use it to learn what we do and book an audit. Don't scrape it at scale, don't try to break it, don't impersonate us. The product names (The Lead Filter, The Proposal Writer, and so on), the wordmark, and our operating frameworks remain ours.

The free audit.

A 30-minute call, followed by a one-page diagnostic delivered within five working days. The page contains your top three automation opportunities ranked by ROI, hours and dollars recovered, an implementation order, and a "build this without us" version.

The page is yours, hire us or not. We deliver it once per business. We may decline an audit at our discretion if the brief is wrong-shape, if there's a conflict, or if we don't think we can add value.

Engagements.

Paid work is governed by the proposal you sign, which takes precedence over these terms for the engagement scope, fees, deliverables, and liability. Our six binding commitments on how we work with AI (transparency, no training on your data, no human impersonation, filters never decide, no headcount-cut briefs, deployment tier picked openly) apply to every engagement.

If something we built breaks, we fix it on our time. Always.

Intellectual property.

The diagnostic page from your audit is yours. Systems we build for you under a paid engagement are yours per the proposal. Our underlying frameworks, tooling, and approach remain ours. The Entflo wordmark and the named product library are ours.

Liability.

The site is informational. Reliance on what you read here is your call. For paid work, liability is bounded in the proposal you sign, not by these site terms. We do our work in good faith and to professional standards.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes go to the courts of New South Wales.
